A house to live & work in.
You don't just book a studio — you move into the house. Three king and queen size bedrooms, and a fourth that's a smaller double, five bathrooms, three working fireplaces, a telescope for stars and birds, a twelve seat table, and a balcony that spans the water side.
With four rooms the Residence hosts up to seven, very comfortably.
Large room with a king bed, walk-in closets, ensuite with jacuzzi tub and shower, propane fireplace, and direct access to the deck.
A king bed and plenty of storage. The Whale Room holds the house's large-screen TV and a personal desk with a pristine view of the ocean.
These two smaller rooms, one on the ground floor and one tucked in by the studio, are steps away from their own bathrooms, and offer more evening privacy than the king bedrooms.

Twelve seats, three fireplaces, a sauna
A twelve-seat dining room for long meals and longer talks. Three working fireplaces: two propane, and one for real wood, stacked and ready to go.
A coffee-and-tea station built from the old credenza: kettle, grinder, espresso, and a drawer full of teas. Two fridges and a full kitchen. And a sauna for after the long day.

A few warm notes
- Pets welcome
With advance notice — there's a dog bed and dishes ready by the door.
- Slippers by the door
Pull a pair on; the floors are warm but the wood asks for soft feet.
- No grocery store in town
The Foodland in Bay Bulls is about 20 minutes away; Powers in Tors Cove (~7 min) covers the basics.
- Other things to inspire you
There are games, artist focussed books, puzzles, stereos, albums, cds and high speed satellite internet, along with a large screen Apple TV and a mini trampoline!
